Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Luxury Auto House. We strive to provide you with top-notch vehicle customization products, ensuring the utmost satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please review our return policy below:

  1. Stock, Non model specific Products:

    • These items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

    • A proof of purchase must accompany the return.

    • To make a return you must contact us within 14 days.

    • Fee Deductions:

    • A 5% fee per service will be charged for payment processing, postage, and restocking (where applicable) from your refund. This fee amounts to 15% of your order total.

    • For Example -  Paid Order awaiting processing will only incur a payment processing fee (5%) . An order that has entered the processing stage will incur a payment + processing fee (10%). A Paid Order that has been shipped will incur all 3 (15%)

  2. Non Stock ,Bespoke and Car Model Specific Items:

    • Please note that these items are made specifically to your request and are non-returnable.

    • Prior to ordering, ensure that all information and specifications provided are accurate.

    • In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or error on our side, we will gladly address the issue and work towards finding a satisfactory solution. Please notify us within 12 days of receiving the product, providing detailed information about the problem.
      Luxury Auto House appreciates your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the uniqueness and quality of our custom-made products.

  3. Ownership of Goods:

    1. You do not own the goods until we have received full payment.
      Should you have any queries or concerns regarding our return policy, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We are here to assist you with any issues that may arise during your shopping experience.

  4. Damaged or Defective Goods:

  • If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • We will provide guidance on how to return the product and arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Please note that our return policy applies only to items purchased directly from Luxury Auto House. For any further assistance or clarification, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
