A: Absolutely! This event is all about enjoying your car on the open road and the legendary Nürburgring track. You’re encouraged to bring your own car, and we’ll guide you on how to prepare for the trip. Just be sure your vehicle is track-ready if you plan to drive at the Nürburgring.

Q: Do I need to drive my own car on the Nürburgring track?
A: Not necessarily! While driving your own car is highly encouraged, there are options if you prefer not to. You can hire a track car to experience the Nürburgring in a specially-prepared vehicle, or opt for the Ring Taxi – a high-speed ride around the track with a professional driver. Both options let you experience the thrill of the Nürburgring, even if you don’t want to take your own car on the track.

Q: How many laps can I do at the Nürburgring?
A: You can do as many laps as you like, provided there are no track closures. Each lap will cost €35, and the track is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on both event days. We recommend taking multiple laps for the full Nürburgring experience!

A: You’ll stay in the unique V8 Hotel in Cologne for the first night, offering a choice of car-themed rooms or the exclusive car suite. Then, for the Nürburgring portion of the trip, you’ll stay at the Ringside Villa, which offers close access to the track with an unforgettable view of the action. Amsterdam apartment, luxury shared apartments within the group in Amsterdam for our final night.

Liability Exclusion

By participating in the Scotland to Nürburgring Rally 2025, you (the Participant) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Personal Responsibility:
   The Participant assumes full responsibility for their actions, conduct, and well-being throughout the entirety of the event. This includes, but is not limited to, any travel, driving, accommodation, and activities associated with the trip.
2. Vehicle Liability:
   Luxury Auto House is not responsible for any damage, breakdowns, accidents, or mechanical failure of any vehicle, whether it is the Participant’s own vehicle or a rented/borrowed vehicle. The Participant is solely responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is in proper working order and fully insured for the entire duration of the trip.
3. Event Participation:
   Luxury Auto House does not accept liability for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the event, including but not limited to activities at the Nürburgring or any other driving activities during the trip. This includes both personal injury and property damage to the Participant or third parties.
4. Track Participation:
   Participants who drive on the Nürburgring track do so at their own risk. Luxury Auto House is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from track activities, whether or not the Participant is driving their own car, a rented track car, or participating in a Ring Taxi experience.
5. Breakdowns, Delays, or Cancellations:
   Luxury Auto House is not responsible for any breakdowns, delays, cancellations, or interruptions to travel, accommodation, or track access due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, track closures, mechanical issues, or other third-party events beyond our control.
6. Health and Safety:
   It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit to participate in the event. By signing up, the Participant confirms that they are in good health and capable of safely participating in all driving and event activities. Luxury Auto House is not liable for any health-related issues, injuries, or accidents arising during the trip.
7. Insurance Requirements:
   Participants must ensure they have adequate travel, vehicle, health, and accident insurance coverage for the trip. Luxury Auto House will not be held responsible for any costs incurred in relation to insurance, medical expenses, or vehicle damage.
8. Force Majeure:
   Luxury Auto House will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other events that may disrupt the event.
